When will my friend’s child be born?

Here we have the image of the child (Sun) still in the mother’s womb (in the 11th house, literally in the 1st house or body of the friend) and in a fixed sign. So this won’t be any time too soon. Earliest time of birth is when the Sun enters the 12th house (12 degrees) or changes sign (17 days). The answer would be at earliest in twelve days though 17 days are more likely.
